According to the European Network of Fitness Associations (ENFA) Fitness is a dynamic state of physical psychological and social wellbeing as promoted by activity, adapted to individual competence possibilities and needs- preferences of persons who take the responsibility for their own functioning. Being fit means making the most of being alive, movement is vital, the more active a person is the more active he or she is capable of being.
