Guess what? No Long Boring Running is in my programme! We warm up with a light jog and some easy exercises. Then slowly I change your running mechanics so you run and train so much more efficiently.
We then do some interval training at your pace and fitness level. Increasing your heart rate, then letting it come back down to it's normal rate. As you increase fitness we can introduce some running of stairs gradually. In two to three weeks you will notice you are more alert, have better energy levels and your shape is changing.
Interval Training

I strongly believe in interval training as it is fun, produces results and is more effective than going for a 40 minute run or spending 40 minutes at the gym.
A University study in new South Wales found that women who did interval training lost 3 times as much fat as women who exercise continuously for 40 minutes. Interval training burns fat under the skin and within the muscles. it is particularly effective for weight loss on both the legs and buttocks.
- Eat Breakfast!

Eating breakfast is crucial to sustained weight loss.
People who eat breakfast are less likely to fall into the trap of impulsive snacking and eating breakfast also increases your metabolic rate by 10%.
Slow Metabolism?

There is no such thing as a slow metabolism, everyone has a similar metabolism however the greater your muscle mass the more efficient your metabolism works, as stated by Dr David Cameron- Smith, Associate Professor of Nutritional Physiology at Melbourne's Deakin University.
